Corrections

Accuracy matters

We aim for accuracy in every article, summary, and case description. If you spot a factual error, we want to know.

Report an error

If you believe something on this site is incorrect — a case name, a vote count, a legal holding, a date, a quote — please email us at supremecourtnow@gmail.com. Include the page URL, the error, and any supporting source you can provide.

What we do

We review every correction request. Verified errors are corrected promptly, and significant corrections are noted on the relevant article or page.

Clarifications vs. corrections

We distinguish between factual errors (which we correct) and editorial judgments about framing or emphasis (which we may discuss but do not treat as errors). We are always open to reader feedback on both.
